An Update

Hi everyone!
I just posted about 15 new posts about cookies we've done in the past 3-4 months. I was so, SO far behind! As I've mentioned before, I do keep the facebook page (see link in sidebar to the right) updated as the cookies get picked up, so check there for the most up to date orders.

I still have 3 more posts I'm holding on to, as I don't want them to get lost in the shuffle. They deserve lots of attention-they're some of my favorites I've done to date!

So scroll on down to see the new posts!

Football Season is here! {Football Cookies}

I made football cookies for a new coach at a local high school just outside of Amarillo. Congrats on your new job Eric! And thanks Kristin!

Happy Birthday Kathy! {Birthday Cookies}

My mom's bff had a birthday a week ago, so we made her some cookies. Happy Birthday Kathy!

Kathy's husband Jim deserved a cookie of his own...

Happy Engagement & A Wedding Dress Cookie

So the fabulous Christen just got engaged a couple of weeks ago. Her future mother-in-law requested a wedding dress cookie to give her to celebrate. Congrats Christen & Jeremy!

Community Partners Cookies

I am a member of the Community Partners/Rainbow Room board (helps CPS) here in Amarillo. They recently had an event they needed cookies for. I used the logo as the design for the cookie. Thanks Stephanie!

Happy Birthday Clay {3s and Beachball Cookies}

My awesome nephew turned 3 a week ago. I made cookies for his outdoor birthday party!

Batman Logo Cookies

My husband and I are HUGE movie fans. We've been to countless midnight premieres, especially for comic book movies (I'm an awesome wife...). So... this time I made cookies for us and our friends that went to see the midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises back in July. My husband requested old school Batman cookies, so that's what I made... Enjoy!

Engagement Party Cookies {United States Cookies}

One of my best friends growing up got engaged a few months ago (I did the wedding dress cookie posted in May for her), and this summer we threw a engagement/wedding shower for her and her fiance Luke. We made cookies as party favors for the guests. I can't wait for their wedding in December!

Bride is from Texas, the Groom is from Virginia

Harley Davidson Cookies

My totally awesome friend Sarah asked me to make some cookies for her dad for Father's Day (yep, I'm THAT far behind). I LOVED making these cookies! Thanks Sarah!

30th Birthday Cookies {Monkey Cookies}

We made some monkey and happy birthday cookies for a 30th birthday party back in July! Thanks Christen!

Law Firm & Ranch Cookies

One of the local law firms here had a bunch of events for their interns over the summer. The first set of cookies are the law firm's logo for a cookout. The second set of cookies were for a day at a ranch for the interns. Enjoy!

Sock Monkey and Red Bull Cookies

One of my mom's sweet friends loves sock monkeys and red bull. So my mom asked me to make some cookies to celebrate her favorite things! Enjoy!

Breast Cancer Survivor Cookies

A friend of mine has a co-worker who recently finished her breast cancer treatment. The ladies at her office decided to throw her a party, and I was more than happy to provide some cookies!

Les Miserables Cookies

This is another post from way back in May. The birthday girl was in a local production of Les Miserables, so her mom wanted some cookies to go along with that. Enjoy!

Thanks Barb!

Squirrel, Cupcakes & Palm Tree Cookies

I am so incredibly far behind on posting photos. I DO keep up with posting on facebook, so cookies we've done are always posted there within 2-3 days of pick-up. These are from May....

Desserts for the Deserving

Do you guys know Amanda over at I am Baker? Last year she started this wonderful event to send desserts to people who need it. What a wonderful idea! I read about it last year, and loved this concept, so this year when she asked for volunteers, I was so excited to help out. Below are the cookies I made for my deserving recipient!

Thanks Amanda for organizing such a fantastic event!

Divergent & Insurgent Faction Symbol Cookies

I have several other posts to get to, but I couldn't wait any longer to share some of my favorite cookies ever with you all. As I've written about before, I am an avid reader, and get together every few weeks with my book club. This month's selection was Divergent & Insurgent by Veronica Roth. If you haven't read these books, please read them soon. They are AMAZING!! I can't wait until the third book is released in May. I don't always make cookies for every time we meet, but I immediately had a perfect idea for cookies to accompany this book.

What better way to represent this book, than by making the faction symbols into cookies?!?
